Return Policy

Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase date.

Returns past the 14 day mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We cover the exchange shipping. You must include your packing slip.


RETURNS

  • items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • items must be free of stains and cigarette smoke.
  • items purchased at regular price.
UNABLE TO RETURN
  • items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • items that were on sale.
  • Items purchased with store credit OR a discount code.


STORE CREDITS
Store credits will be issued via email. You will receive a code that can be applied at checkout. Store credit must all be used at once. 

  • Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving.
  • We only accept 4 returns per year per customer.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
You must file a claim with the post office.
